The facility is 10,000 sq ft. with a 20' ring, multiple heavy bags, and a fitness area with equipment. Not only do you have a chance to take classes but you also have an opportunity to do individual or small group training. Additionally, you have the option to do personal training with one of our outstanding certified trainers.
